Who?
Too Loud For Brian (TLFB) are an unapologetic, loud rock three-piece from North Wales, Jim, Rich, and Dave, with a live sound that’s huge for the headcount. They’re raw, riff-heavy, groove-led, and not shy of a guitar solo, with hooks that stick like chants.
Too this, too that, too whatever? At 28, Jim and Dave were once told by a label they were ‘too old’. Cut to 2026, TLFB are feeling a real sense of optimism, bands are back in the mix, and TLFB have got tunes and are gigging harder than ever. The old constructs are falling, people get their music straight from the source. When the world looks like its falling apart, kids are picking up guitars again and there seems to be more places to see live music.
Their latest single, ‘Sweet Salty’, beefy riffs, a big chorus with a punk edge, is about staying loud and human in systems that wants compliance. TLFB are about release and connection, when the noise drowns out the noise.
